Bredent - Chrome Cobalt Bonding CKB

The microfine layer of bonding material ensures a perfect bond between the porcelain and metal (non-precious metal alloys, titanium alloys, precious and semi precious alloys), fully compensating for differences in their thermal coefficients of expansion(CTE). 

Reduces the problems for alloys with strong tendency to oxide layer formation.

The microfine intermediate layer is fired at 980ºC balances the CTE values of the chrome cobalt alloy and the ceramic material.

Chrome Cobalt Bonding protects against spalling and avoids time-consuming remakes. In cases of unfavourable space conditions, CCB allows you to fire the ceramic material directly on the CoCr structure.

Mixing: Mix the Chrome Cobalt Bonding with distilled water.

Quantity: 4.5g and 19gm(special order-in)
