Gingiva

Gingiva

Description

GINGIVA™ is a semi-flexible, pink photopolymer resin. This dental 3D printer resin is perfect for manufacturing soft tissue and gum-like parts for highly accurate models, bridges and implant superstructures.

GINGIVA flexible resin was developed specifically for printing Gingiva sections for 3d printed dental models. The material is available in two formulas for MSLA and DLP 3D printers. It can print within a wide range of UV, between 255 and 425nm.

It was formulated to have high dimensional stability, and a unique solid gum-pink colour. It processes the right combination of flexibility and hardness. It can be used with hard dental models made from our PRECISE™ Dental Resin or STUDY™ Dental Resin, Grey, Slate & Tooth colour.

Gingiva Mask opens the possibility of creating the soft part for highly precise models, bridges and implant superstructures. With its soft and flexible properties, it is perfect for the production of gum parts and soft tissue, which supports dental implant models and C&B projects.

GINGIVA Dental Model resin helps improve implant workflows and produces 3D models with flexible, natural-looking gingiva masks. It features a shore A hardness of 62 and is comparable to conventional materials, so technicians can adopt digital processes yet still enjoy the same characteristics of traditional materials.

NB. Monocure 3D Gingiva Flexible Dental Resin is not approved for intraoral use.

GINGIVA™ Dental Model Resin is available in two formulas. Since DLP printers output more power than MSLA, we have a version to cover both system types.

Types:

Choose the DLP formula if your printer uses a projector module (DLP) to expose the layers. These include brands and models such as the MoonRay, SprintRay, Peopoly Moai, Asiga UV-Max & Pro 4K, Phrozen Make, B9 Creator, Flashforge Hunter, XYZ Nobel, and Kudo Titan.

If your 3D printer uses an LCD screen and a LED array (MSLA) to expose the layers, you must use our regular MSLA formula. These include Anycubic, Phrozen, Creality, Elegoo, Epax, Peopoly, Prusa, Uniz, Wanhao, WOW SparkMaker & Kelant.
